All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on the Shakti Brothers website are considered final. Customers are advised to carefully review product details, images, descriptions, and specifications before confirming their order.
Return Policy
Currently, Shakti Brothers does not offer returns on products once they are delivered.
Orders placed during promotional offers, discounts, or special sales are also not eligible for returns.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests are accepted only under limited conditions.
Exchange is available only for colour change, subject to stock availability.
The following conditions apply:

Exchanges are not permitted for design, size, or product changes.

A ₹200 shipping and handling charge is applicable for exchange requests.

An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange claims.

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Exchange requests received after this timeframe may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if an order is cancelled before dispatch.
If a cancellation request is approved before the order is shipped, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically initiated within 1–2 business days after approval.
Please note that the actual time taken for the refunded amount to reflect may depend on the customer's bank or payment gateway.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process such claims:

Our team will review the claim and verify the issue.
After verification, an exchange or refund may be offered depending on the situation.
Important Notes
Product images displayed on the website may be professionally edited. Minor colour or shade variations due to lighting or screen settings are normal and not considered product defects.
Products are carefully packed before dispatch. Fold marks or packaging creases caused during packing or shipping are not considered damage.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, any applicable refund will be processed only after the product is received back at our warehouse, and courier or handling charges may be deducted.
